Clients agree to:Provide accurate and timely information required for the delivery of servicesSupply access, materials or approvals where necessaryReview and approve content or deliverables within agreed timeframesDelays in providing required information may impact timelines or delivery schedules.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed in advance of any project commencement.Unless otherwise stated:A deposit may be required to secure workFull payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoiceWork will not begin until agreed payment terms are metAll fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:Aeternus Studio retains ownership of all original concepts, strategies and creative frameworksFinal approved content may be used by the client for their own marketing and promotional purposesAeternus Studio reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed

6. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate a project with reasonable written notice.Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Liability

While we take care to deliver high-quality services, Aeternus Studio does not guarantee specific results such as engagement levels, follower growth or sales performance, as these are influenced by multiple external factors.We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
